Project Overview

Agile Civil Engineers Private Ltd is successfully executing comprehensive Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and civil execution services for the large-scale renovation of the DLF GC One residential apartment complex at Thazhambur.

The project encompasses 9 residential towers, each comprising 20 floors and 76 residential units, covering a total project area of approximately 64,800 sq. ft.

Our responsibility extends from project planning and BOQ preparation through vendor coordination, technical supervision, quality control, execution, and final handover.

Scope of Work

Structural Rehabilitation

• Identification and assessment of structural cracks and defects.
• Crack repair and structural rehabilitation works.
• Restoration of affected civil and structural elements.
• Implementation of appropriate repair methods to improve long-term durability and safety.

Waterproofing & Crack Sealing

• Comprehensive waterproofing treatment for identified areas.
• Crack sealing and moisture-ingress prevention.
• Treatment of vulnerable building-envelope areas.
• Quality inspection and testing of completed waterproofing works.

Civil Repair Works

• Comprehensive civil repair works across the residential towers.
• Surface preparation and treatment of damaged areas
• Finishing and restoration works across all 20 floors of the 9 towers.

Site Supervision & Quality Control
